The Project Office consists of the Task Coordinators, the Integration Engineer (Don Petravick),

the Aministrative Assistants (Rich Thompson and Mari Herrera) and help from the CD Budget Office (Karen Prosapio)

The Task Coordinators deliver their responsibilities as defined in the Project Management Plan. The responsibilities of the Integration Engineer are:
  1. Understand the issues of interaction, interfaces and integration between the Joint Offline Projects - hardware, software, component and system integration.
  2. Review the  Joint Offline Project WBS to determine coverage of the necessary  tasks, deliverables and resources, progress and plans.
  3. Review the Joint Offline Project monthly reports and determine cross project integration and system issues.
  4. Act as part of the Project Office to help the Task Coordinators in their responsibilities especially in cross-project and integration issues.
  5. Write a  monthly status report to the Steering Committee detailing status and issues both in the  short and longer term which affect the Run II Joint Offline Project integration and deliverables.
