Robot Purchase -- Mark Leininger gave us an update on the status of the purchase
PASREC - Irwin Gaines brought us up to date on the overall status of the work of this group. They have presented a recommendation document to the Run II Steering Committee for consideration. He highlighted some of the recommendations of the document, which can be found off of the PASREC home page We then heard detailed reports on studies which members of the PASREC group had undertaken.
Nirvana - Philippe Canal presented a detailed account of how Nirvana was judged against the requirements formulated by the PASFRG group and the list of considerations for support detailed by the PASSUMA group. ROOT - Rob Kennedy also presented a checklist for ROOT, against requirements. This can be found off of the PASREC home page. He also presented a rather more detailed discussion on ROOT Viability and Support issues, part of which was presented at a PASSUMA meeting on March 24th 1998, and another part which was presented to PASREC on July 28th (and can be found under the minutes of the July 28th PASREC meeting)
